Estas serie de conferencias se organizaran con motivo de los nuevos hallazgos que los investigadores Ruben Uriarte y Noe Torres han encontrado sobre un O.V.N.I. estrellado en 1955 cerca de Del Río Texas.
Cabe señalar que el director de C.I.F.E.E.E.A.C., Carlos Guzmán Rojas estará representando a nuestro país en este prestigiado evento en la unión americana.
Extraordinarias revelaciones se darán a conocer en este congreso que sin lugar a dudas será de incuantificable valor, debido a la información que expondrán las reconocidas personalidades en el tema O.V.N.I.
